Easy Beer Battered Onion Ring Recipe

Crunchy, Yummy, Delish ! This recipe is super easy to make. With just a few ingredients you can make this recipe too. You can deep fry them in a deep fryer, or take it old school like I do, and pan fry them in a cast iron skillet.
Ingredients

 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch (gmo free organic)
1 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon Adobo Seasonings (organic)
 1 1/4  cup beer
3 large onions, sliced into rings
1 1/2 cup oil for frying ( I love using Coconut Oil )

Directions

Heat oil in a cast iron pan on medium high heat.  In a large bowl mix Flour, cornstarch, adobo seasoning, and beer together, until smooth, set aside. Peel and slice onions (1/2 inch width) then carefully push out the rings from the sliced onion. Pour bread crumbs onto a plate. Then to cook, in same order dip onion ring into beer batter, then into bread crumb batter, then into hot oil. Cook in batches careful not to overcrowd pan, flip onion rings begin to develop a golden brown color and take out and place on a paper towel lined plate. Cooking time is about 7 mins. Enjoy with your favorite sauce...
