Greek Salad Recipe


Ingredients 
2 cups diced feta cheese
1 1/2 cups of your favorite Olive mix with dressings
1/2 - 1 Lemon
2 large cucumbers diced
4 tomatoes diced
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 of a red onion sliced
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon dried oregano

Directions
Cube cucumbers, and add them to a large serving bowl, cube tomato's place them on a few layers of paper towels, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt, let sit for 5 - 10 mins. Halve cherry tomato's and cube feta cheese and add them to bowl. After 5-10 mins add the diced tomato's. Thinly slice onion then add to bowl,  Add olives with dressing that comes in the mix. Juice lemon into bowl, being careful not to add the lemon seeds. add olive oil, oregano and salt. Mix well and serve.
