Jalapeno Cheddar Corn Bread Recipe



Ingredients 
2 Cups Arrowhead Mills Corn bread & muffin mix
1 Egg
1 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese
2 Seeded and diced Jalapeno
2 Tbsp Organic Agave Nectar
2 Tbsp Spectrum Canola & Coconut Oil
1 ¼ cup Water

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix liquid ingredients together in mixing bowl. Add jalapeno and corn bread mix, stir lightly until moistened.
3. Pour into oiled medium size loaf pan. Top with cheddar cheese
4. Place in oven and bake for 25-30 mins.
