Ingredients ( All organic )
11/2 pounds of Grass Fed Beef Chuck Steak
1 medium onion sliced
1 red bell pepper sliced
1 green bell pepper sliced
clove of garlic crushed
2 Tablespoon ginger grated
1/2 cup Organic Teriyaki Sauce
2 tablespoon cooking oil
3 Tablespoon Chinese white cooking wine
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Slice steak thinly against the grain , take out chunks of fat if you have them. Place sliced steak into medium bowl, pour teriyaki sauce, add grated ginger mix until coated in sauce. On medium high, heat oil in wok or large cast iron pan, take out 1/3 of the slice steak and cook until a slight crust is on both sides, then place in separate bowl. Continue cooking steak 1/3 at a time. After all the steaks are cooked, place onion into pan cook until soft. Add cooking wine to deglaze pan, cook for 2 mins. Add cooked steak mix until onions are incorporated, cook for 3 mins. Then add peppers and garlic. Cook for 10 mins, stirring constantly, Until bell peppers are slightly softened and still retaining its color.
Add salt and pepper to your taste. Serve with steamed rice and ENJOY !!
