1 package Linguine Bean thread noodles
1/4 c Soy sauce
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Patis ( fish sauce )
2 cups thinly sliced Cabbage
1 Cup Mammoth Snow melting peas , ends trimmed ( I harvested a bunch from my organic garden, grown from seed :)
1 Large Carrot, sliced match stick style
2 stalks celery, julienne cut
1/2 small onion thinly sliced
In the back I have Pan fried Teriyaki Chicken |
Directions
Cook noodles as directed on package( place noodles in boiling water, and cook for 3 mins, then drain.) While noodles are cooking place oil in a wok, or deep cast iron pan on high heat, add sliced veggies and cook for 3 mins, until veggies are slightly softened . Then add drained noodles to pan. Add Soy sauce, patis and chicken broth. Stir with tongs, pulling noodle apart in an up wards motion ( this prevents the noodles from clumping). Continue to cook for 5 mins until noodles are well coated with sauce. Serve piping hot and enjoy !!
